 At Alpine Green Clean, we specialise in providing regular domestic cleaning services to residents of Queanbeyan and Canberra. We're 100% committed to greener cleaning products and practices and believe in providing transparency and building trust with our clients and the community.

Our staff will ensure that your home is cleaned thoroughly and consistently, using environmentally preferred cleaning products. The following items will be included in your regular greener clean:

Kitchen

• Clean benchtops
• Clean splashback
• Clean stovetop and oven door
• Spot clean cabinetry, kickboards and fridge doors
• Polish tapware and sink

Bathroom

• Clean toilet and basin
• Clean bath, shower walls, glass screens and floor
• Clean mirrors
• Spot clean other walls
• Wipe skirting
• Polish tapware

Bedroom

• Wipe dresser and bedside tabletops
• Clean mirrors
• Dust accessible areas including tops of electronic devices (not screens)

Living and Dining

• Clean tabletops
• Dust accessible areas including tops of electronic devices (not screens)

All areas

• Wipe windowsills
• Vacuum and mop hard floors
• Vacuum carpets
• General tidy

Additional Services*

If you require additional services, we are happy to offer you optional inclusions such as:

• emptying bins and replacing liners
• cleaning accessible internal windows
• balcony cleaning
• bed making
• clothes folding

*These additional services incur an additional time charge.

 We offer a simple hourly rate with no additional fees and no call-out fees. The standard hourly rate for our domestic weekly or fortnightly greener clean from Monday to Friday is $60 inclusive of GST per each staffing hour for a minimum of two hours, billed in 30 minute blocks. 

Our rate for monthly, once-off or deep cleans are $80 per hour, while end of lease cleans are $90 per hour.

Your first clean may take a bit longer than subsequent cleans. As a rough guide, for subsequent cleans we allow approximately 30 staffing minutes per bedroom plus 30 minutes per bathroom for a single cleaner. For example:

• 2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms: ~2 - 2.5 hours
• 3 bedrooms plus 1 bathroom:   ~2 - 2.5 hours
• 4 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms: ~3 - 3.5 hours 

If we have two cleaners visit your home, times can be halved, while total staffing hours and cost remains the same. For example:

• Single cleaner: 3 hours x 1 staff x  $60 per hour =  $180
• Two cleaners: 1.5 hours x 2 staff x $60 per hour = $180

Please note that deep cleans and end of lease cleans will take longer than the above guide, depending on your specific requirements.

We will generally only have one cleaner in your home. A team of two cleaners can occasionally be provided on days where our scheduling allows.

Following your initial clean we can adjust the time requirements for subsequent cleans. Larger homes with multiple living areas and lots of furniture may take more time, while other homes may take less. Of course, you will only be billed for the hours that we work.

 We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, we will email you an invoice at the end of your clean with our payment details.
