Do you do end of lease cleaning?

Yes, we have experienced staff ready to conduct your end of lease clean in accordance with your property manager's instructions. All end of lease cleans include a call-back service, meaning that if your property manager has any issues with your end of lease clean, we will return to remedy the issues ASAP free of charge.

What is a "greener clean"?

 At Alpine Green Clean, we are conscious of the impact that cleaning activities have on people and the environment. To minimise this impact, we are committed to: 

  • Using environmentally preferred cleaning products, preferably carrying GECA certification. 
  • Applying greener cleaning and admin practices such as the use of microfibre cloths, reusable spray bottles, use of concentrated cleaning products, buying in bulk to reduce plastic packaging where possible, and using electronic paperwork.

We believe that this business model is sustainable, and leads to positive outcome for the community,  our staff and our individual clients.

Do you have references?

As we are a recent startup formed in late 2020, our list of references is still in development. Please see our review on Google Maps for feedback from some of our clients. If you would like to provide a reference or testimonial, please leave us a review on Google Maps and we will provide you with a 20% discount on your next clean!

What's your cancellation policy?

 We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your scheduled clean, please provide us with as much notice as possible so that we can make other arrangement for our staff.  

What if I'm not happy with my clean?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your clean, please get in touch within 24 hours and we will return to rectify the issue. 

Do I need to be home during the clean?

You may prefer to be home to meet us for the first clean, or you may prefer to just leave a key. It's entirely up to you. 

Who will be in my house during the clean?

 We will send a team of one or two professional cleaners to clean your home. Unless unable due to sickness/time off, we will always send the same staff to your home to build trust and ensure cleaning consistency. All of our staff are vetted and hold Australian police checks. 

What do I need to supply?

Nothing. Our cleaners will bring our own green cleaning products, equipment and HEPA-filtered vacuum cleaner. However, you can help us by removing items from the floor, bench and table tops where possible. 

Please advise us if you do have special products that you would prefer us to use (e.g. on timber floors or stone surfaces). Provided that they are safe for our staff, it shouldn't be a problem.

Do you clean on holidays or weekends?

We believe in providing our staff with an appropriate work-life balance. As such, our staff are not required to work on weekends or public holidays. If your regular clean falls on a public holiday, we can make arrangements to do a catch-up clean. We can occasionally do cleans on the weekend or on public holidays for an additional charge. 

What is your policy on pets?

We love pets. Please ensure that your fur baby is put away somewhere safe on the day of your clean as the last thing that we want is an escape!  Please also note that removing pet hair from surfaces can sometimes add to the time that it takes us to clean your home. 

What is your response to Covid-19?

 We aim to be part of the solution to Covid-19 in our community. As part of our regular domestic cleans, we kill germs on surfaces with our GECA-certified cleaning products. We now also disinfect touchpoints throughout your home using an enzyme-based disinfectant that has been deemed by the World Health Organisation to be effective against Covid-19.

While in your home, our staff will practice social distancing protocols. Our staff are also Covid-19-aware and will never enter your home if they are unwell.
